After years of gray dominating the design world, we are now looking for warmer, more comforting shades. Gray is probably still the most popular choice for homeowners for neutrals, but we can smell the change in the air, and it smells so refreshing!
The vintage and optimistic times are leading us to more warm hues that feature off-white champagne and beige being the primary colors of the new style. At first, it was thought to be boring, but the beige trend in interiors is quickly growing in popularity and is becoming a trendy option for designers who typically are the first to adopt the hottest trending interiors.
If you're looking to create a chic escape from the frantic pace of life, warm off-white shades are likely to be the best option. They create a serenely peaceful and tranquil space, allowing us to take a break and reflect on our thoughts and emotions.
There are beige and off-whites of all kinds in various varieties. From gorgeously layered minimalist tone-on-tone concepts to classic elegance packed with embellishments and details, beige is suitable for almost any style of interior. But boho-inspired earthy tones and the newest Scandi have been gaining popularity among us in recent months and quickly became our top choices.
Beige is extremely simple but also difficult. The line between boring and wow is evident in the well-designed layers of texture that add some interest to the otherwise boring space. Wool throws, jute rugs, baskets made of seagrass, linen fabrics, dried flowers, wooden furniture, and room partitions all of them add personality and help to elevate the space and create a cozy atmosphere.
Beige and off-white work in our quest to be surrounded by natural materials. We're returning to the basics and focusing on tactility more than exciting visuals. We want to escape the increasingly digital life that we live in so our homes get an earthy, natural appearance.
Beige is warm and refined. A symbol of class and elegance, beige brings to mind emotions of royalty and elegance. It's serene, subtle and sophisticated. It's generally attractive to older people as opposed to teens and kids; however, when the interior design is good, all people can appreciate its elegant, natural feel.
What do you think of the beige hue in interiors? Would you like to get rid of the grays and enjoy this warm and inviting interior trend?
Send us your details and we’ll get back to you to schedule a time to talk.
